In the framework of our activity we have dealt with all matters arising from the reorganization – restructuring procedures of companies when the Bankruptcy Law is applied.

We have handled matters of the pre-existing law on «transactions» and the new institutional bankruptcy framework (reorganization – article 99 of the Bankruptcy Code – and restructuring – article 107 of the Bankruptcy Code).
