It includes the rules of law related to commercial acts and merchants and it comprises all rules, provisions and principles regulating the legal aspects of commercial relations and exchanges.<\/p>\n

Commercial law deals with issues such as: industrial property rights, competition, commercial companies, bankruptcy, stocks, stock exchange, banks, commercial contracts etc. More specifically, the commercial law is sub-divided in various sectors:<\/p>\n
