Liana Papadopoulou is the founder of \u00abVasileia Liana Papadopoulou and Associates\u00bb Law Firm. She is graduate of the Department of Public Administration – Department of Public Law, Panteion University of Athens, of the Thrace Law School and she is holding an LLM from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in the area of International Law. She has participated in a number of different seminars and conferences in Greece and abroad, such as: her subsidized participation at the University of Ghent in 1994, her frequent visits to the Commission of the European Community and her participation as a lecturer since 1990in Community Law matters, and she had the opportunity to teach (within various European programs) in the Department of Education.<\/p>\n

She has several publications in law journals, and since December 2014, she received the certification of the Mediator from the Ministry of Justice.
\nDuring her more than twenty-year career in this field, she has attended in numerous commercial and tax litigation cases. The last years her main occupation has been the entrance of defective companies in article 106 of the Law of Insolvency, the out-of-court settlement of disputes with the banks, the filing and discussion of documents dealing with bank loans, account credits and tax-labor law. In this context, she has represented at court and in an advisory level, many reputable companies and various clients in the area of North Greece and in Athens.
\nAdmitted to the Thessaloniki Bar in 1997 and from 2007 she is a Supreme Court Lawyer.<\/p>\n
